In the summer of 2023, Nespresso launched their first machine in the Vertuo portfolio with an integrated milk system. Nespresso aimed for a strong launch in Denmark, wanting to showcase their high level of innovation and the finished product to influencers, media, and consumers. They also wanted to create a conceptual universe and storytelling around their product.

Eksekvering

With Nespresso, Help invited media, consumers, and influencers into the Nespresso Milk Lab - a special universe created specifically for the launch in Denmark. Help's primary task was to transform a regular product launch into a profound 360-degree conceptual environment and provide the product with a visual framework that was fully in line with the concept's character.

At Help we believe that a global brand today needs to fine-tune and utilize its local voice. It can be challenging to find, but when you hit the mark, you nail it. This launch is a clear example of that. In just two hours, Nespresso managed to present their new machine, interact with everyone from influencers to the press to consumers, and, most importantly, serve plenty of great coffee to their key stakeholders.
