The launch of Nestlé's new scientific innovation in child nutrition products was to be celebrated in style. They are the result of Nestlé's visionary research in child nutrition and based on more than 155 years of research. Help was behind the concept and production of a major launch event for Nestlé employees in Denmark, as well as five smaller events based on the same concept for Nestlé sales staff in Sweden, Norway and Finland. Nestlé wanted the celebration to tell the story of Nestlé's history based on infant nutrition, inform about the innovation and create pride among Nestlé employees throughout the Nordic region.

The concept ‘The Formula for Life’ became the framework for this storytelling, which Help created through a number of elements in everything from programme and menu to styling:

  • 6 events for 240 guests
  • A three-course dinner developed by Madkastellet with immune-boosting ingredients focused on vitality and nutrition.
  • A curated programme created a natural flow throughout the evening and a natural starting point for knowledge sharing, consisting of presentations from three experts, an interactive competition and a physical installation.
  • The venue was styled by ISSET Studio with contributions from Drømmetyl, who transformed Nestlé's headquarters with tulle, creating a unique space and experience that awakened the senses.
  • Elements were incorporated throughout the evening to encourage guests to reflect on their own ‘formula for life’. This was expressed through specially designed tablecloths with conversation starters, the opportunity to send a postcard to someone who took part in the formula of their life, and clouds of flowers, designed by Rhod Flowers, hanging from the ceiling creating an eye-catching centrepiece by the stage.
  • Through art installations and visual elements with explanatory text, guests were able to learn more about Nestlé's new child nutrition products.
  • As the evening progressed, the tulle was illuminated by a blue glow and the festive atmosphere really took over the room when Ida Corr took the stage. She was followed by her younger sister, DJ Sandie Corr, who set the tone for the last part of the evening.
  • Specially designed colouring books and a ‘thank you for last time’ email to all guests as a special memento of the evening.
  • Satellite events in the rest of the Nordics in a smaller format with interactive competition, venue styled in line with Nestlé's new child nutrition products and customised 3D sculptures.

Resultater

Help created an event that united Nestlé across the group throughout the Nordic region and created pride in being part of a group that is behind innovations like Nestlé's new child nutrition products. Guests were clearly captivated by the sensory experience and festive celebration we had created.
