Daniel&Jacobs, a company that develops and leases studios and boutique apartments in urban areas, aimed to increase brand awareness and solidify its position in the industry.
As a strategic foundation, Help developed a messaging document with key themes and messages that were incorporated throughout the campaign.

The campaign unfolded across two tracks:
1. Digital To strengthen the brand’s digital presence, we built Daniel&Jacobs’ LinkedIn company page and advised the founders, Daniel and Jacob, on personal profile activation to expand their reach within the industry network.
To bring the digital campaign to life, we produced a captivating hero video that presented Daniel&Jacobs’ concept. The video crafted a strong visual narrative around authenticity, sustainable tourism, and quality—with the two founders at the center. Additionally, we created a social media video focusing on a current apartment project, offering a practical insight into the company’s day-to-day activities.
These videos served as the foundation for a targeted LinkedIn campaign aimed at key segments.
2. PR Simultaneously, we launched a press campaign to strengthen Daniel&Jacobs' positioning as a modern, sustainable player in the industry.
