In early 2023, the luxurious coworking space, Ferdinand, opened on Rahbeks Allé in Frederiksberg. To attract new tenants to the full-service coworking space covering 3,500 m2, Help initiated a digital campaign, including video content on LinkedIn. This campaign also served as a test to explore how artificial intelligence could assist in strategy and campaign planning.

Using predefined core messages, target audiences, and objectives, Help employed ChatGPT to establish the framework for the campaign. ChatGPT generated various relevant content types, formats, and texts, which Help then edited.

The campaign comprised a total of 10 pieces of content, running both organically and sponsored on LinkedIn, specifically targeting the most relevant audience. Help handled the planning and rollout of the campaign and acted as the editor for all content generated by ChatGPT. Additionally, Help produced all visual elements, including editing existing images and planning/ executing two videos featuring the manager of Ferdinand Coworking Space and a current tenant.

The campaign provided significant exposure for Ferdinand Coworking Space and experienced an increase in inquiries from interested tenants. For Help, the campaign serves as a good example of how AI can be applied in campaign planning, emphasizing the importance of the editor's role. Furthermore, the campaign highlights that visual elements, such as the video format with compelling texts, are an effective way to garner attention and convey messages.
