The law firm Bruun & Hjejle wanted to recruit a younger target group of employees and therefore asked Help to produce a film for their website. The film was to help nuance the image of the legal profession as rigid and elitist by also depicting the softer and more human aspects of working at Bruun & Hjejle.
Eksekvering
Through a thorough concept development phase, we arrived at an expression that pushed aside the law firm's iconic premises, courtrooms and other obvious surroundings and instead put the people at Bruun & Hjejle completely in focus. The aim was to make the space intimate, welcoming and create a sense of genuine dialog at eye level. At the same time, the format provided the opportunity to combine a main film, where people across the organization from new hires to the chairman of the board were given equal speaking time, with small individual portraits.
Resultater
A simple, high-quality production. In addition to the main film, Bruun & Hjejle produced a series of films for use across the website and for other purposes.
